P-man: I'm as old as the State of Israel; but I'm not as old as "four score and seven years". I remember some of each of my 7 decades and I have been variously physically active and at times mostly sedate. I have been skinny and sickly (lots of headaches and upset stomachs when I was a pre-teen. I smoked for 46 years, and yet I entered my late 60s without respiratory issues, cardiac issues, or serious skeletal or muscular issues. This targeted introduction fits the men's health issues and wellness activities I want to concentrate on, here.
